Orders placed over the weekend will be processed at the beginning of the following week. Orders received during Bank Holiday Weekends will be dispatched the next working day, including Next Day Delivery options. If you have a secure location for your parcel, please indicate this in the "Add a Note" box at checkout. Please inform us if your order is required by a specific date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase from us but if, for any reason, you should decide not to keep it you can simply return it to us for a full refund.

We’re here to make your return process smooth and straightforward! To ensure a hassle-free return, please send back your items within 30 days of receipt, ensuring they are unused and in their original packaging. Include your name, address, order number, and the reason for the return, and we will promptly refund the original cost of your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returns that don’t reach us or arrive damaged. If you need to return an unused item after 30 days, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
 

You are responsible for the cost of postage back to us. We do not offer free returns.
